We need more women in our sport of downwind foiling and Fiona is one of those women leading the charge. Fresh off a 2nd place finish at Molokai 2 Oahu Fiona is excited about the future of downwind foiling coming from SUP Racing and Wing Foil Racing background.

In this podcast we go into how Fiona got into downwind foiling and the locations she learnt, debrief her weekend of racing in Hawaii and discuss training for these races. It was really nice to chat with Fiona and get her insights. I hope you enjoy it.
