On November 12, 2013, Chelsea Small, 30, agrees to trade shifts with another co-worker at Advance America Cash Advance. Around noon, a man enters and guns down Chelsea, who is working behind her desk. Was Chelsea targeted? Was this a random killing? Or could this be a case of mistaken identity? Security footage and spent shell casings are among the clues to the murderer’s identity, but Chelsea’s killer has yet to be brought to justice.

i've always thought of this case as being primarily a murder rather than robbery - imo, this guy was probably a disgruntled customer. these payday loan places are known to be scummy companies that take advantage of people who are already in a bad situation by charging huge interest... as to why he didn't have a mask on covering his face, she probably wouldn't have buzzed him in if he looked suspicious or he could have just not noticed they had cameras! just my thoughts
This is not exactly a riveting unsolved mystery. the story is sad, but just sounds like a case of an unfound suspect in an armed robbery / murder.
