Esther O'Connor is an Early Years Practitioner and leader at The British School of Brussels, where she teaches and leads a large Early Years Sector for children aged 1-5. She has taught in the UK for 13 years where she was a Specialist Leader in Education, facilitating sustainable improvements in a range of schools alongside coaching NQTs in partnership with local universities.
