Liverpool take on Crystal Palace in the first "trophy" of the year. Crystal Palace's continuity from prior years got them the win in PK's. Liverpool looked good at times but it is clear that with new players all over the pitch, it will take some time for them to gel. Let's hope its sooner than later as they have a difficult start to the season.
