He was co-opted to the Federation of Small Business Board in March 2023, following more than ten years as an active FSB member volunteer.
Ian has been a business owner since his school days, running a creative design and marketing agency.
He serves as a non-executive director and business growth consultant for other SMEs and is the entrepreneur in residence and teaching fellow at Coventry University.
