Description
Dr. Snider is an Emergency Physician and Youth Violence Researcher. In her FIX19 talk, she shares the story of the tragic death of a patient in the ED waiting room in Winnipeg. She explores the implicit bias that contributed to this event, shares her experience confronting her own implicit biases and asks that we all become more familiar with our own implicit biases.
