Ron Ward is the author of the best selling book, The Dirty Side of Leadership. Ron served as US Probation and Pretrial Services Safety and Training Division Chief and Academy Director at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Charleston, South Carolina, for eleven years. In that capacity, Ron oversaw new officers and advanced training, use of force policy, safety incident, and search reporting and previously oversaw the US probation and pretrial services national wellness committee. Ron served as Chair of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation Board of Directors from 2012 to 2014. Ron has an extensive background in the martial arts and has trained over a 1000 federal agents. He has also trained hundreds of leaders and managers to help them reach their potential. He is now bringing his many experiences and proprietary training system to life through his books, seminars, training and coaching.
