what if the motive wasn't related to Lindsay & she was a pawn? selling a house where a vicious crime occurred can be difficult & very costly. the "buyers" seemed to have had a very specific house they wanted for the attack. maybe they were trying to financially screw the sellers & she was the unlucky agent who gave them an opportunity
