Future Films is the alias and experimental collective created by
Jesus Martinez - a nomadic musician, performer and producer of
audio, video, software and experiences. Over the past decade,
he's collaborated with artists in NYC, Berlin, Paris, Buenos Aires,
London, Amsterdam, Patagonia, Warsaw and Barcelona resulting
in a body of unreleased songs, videos and performance pieces.
The forthcoming self-titled EP (release date Dec 15th) draws
inspiration from various sources including nature, synthesis,
isolation and hope with a musical journey that winds up and down
from trip hop beats to electro-breaks and pulsing techno. The
debut song, On.A.Ride, arrived on Nov 4th on the collective's
label, Outburst Intervals, and sets the tone for what’s to come.
