Description

The evidence has been mounting for the benefits of exercise in reducing the risk of cancer. How much risk reduction has been found to occur? And how much exercise do we need to see that? And why would exercise even do any good for preventing cancer? 

Today I talk about all that and discuss the immune surveillance system we have in place that can be strengthened by exercise. Sometimes we need to know what is happening under the surface in our cells is meaningful in order to keep moving when we lose motivation because we don't see change elsewhere (like on the scale).
