Psalm 3 deals with the emotion of fear; it helps us understand what to do when we are under threat or when we live in fear. The Psalm was written by King David when he was fleeing from his son, Absalom. Through this Psalm we learn that we worship a God who delivers us from the fear of threats, of uncertainty and of our vulnerability.
