Casting the perfect performer or working with an actor to create the look of their character are processes which are closely linked but casting directors and hair and make up designers never meet. Until now - designer Ivana Primorac (Anna Karenina, The Hours, Steve Jobs, The Crown) meets casting director Kharmel Cochrane (Lilting, The Witch, The Levelling) to ask, what is our job?
