On this episode, I (Pedro) chatted with a man who wanted to be a pastor, but instead became a depressed bank teller, and is now a brilliant Psychotherapist. This conversation with Matthias J. Barker is insightful, inspiring, and deeply relevant for all of us. He's become a leading voice in the mental health space while guiding countless individuals toward freedom and health. He holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has been formally trained for treating complex trauma, anxiety, and marital issues.
