Welcome to the first episode of ‘The Journey’, a new audio & video series from SBK. This month we sat down with SBK Ambassador and leading Flat jockey Sean Levey.
Sean was born in Swaziland before moving back to the UK and subsequently to Ireland where he began working in horse racing for master-trainer Aidan O’Brien.
Levey moved back to England in search of more rides & winners, and succeeded when forging a hugely successful partnership with with Richard Hannon.
Over 650 career wins, five Group 1 winners and one British Classic later, Levey still “loves the game” as much as ever. This is his story told in his own unique and entertaining way…
