Moving from uncertainty to success is a path of persistence!

Learn about how a fear of public speaking and speech impediment led Justice Loparco to develop a strategy to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a lawyer. Based in an immigrant family with a strong work ethic, her first ventures into standing up for others were found within supporting her immediate family, including her parents and sister.

Justice Loparco continues to successfully address the Six Derailers of Confidence by building and sustaining strong networks. She also sees failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, one of the basic tenets of a growth mindset. Moving from good to great and great to exceptional has been a persistent and sustained journey which Justice Loparco continues to live each and every day!
