Description

Jeff & Dave interview 'Gunny' Ruben Salazar, a 20-year marine whose mission changes from the drill field to caring for his daughter after 400 epileptic seizures a month take over her life. While his wife, Dr. Tracy Dixon-Salazar, races 18 years to earn her PhD and discovers a calcium connection that benefits her daughter, Ruben's mission is different, consisting of blunt advocacy, confronting obstacles head on, and demanding that NOBODY ever apologize for the messy details of what their bodies need.
