The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs, in collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), has launched a joint initiative to strengthen Saint Lucia’s mental health services through a five-day Training of Trainers Workshop. The program, which runs from October 13th to 17th, 2025, brings together mental health professionals and individuals with lived experiences to build national capacity, promote a rights-based approach to care, and enhance the delivery of compassionate, inclusive, and sustainable mental health services across the island.
