Friends, I'm excited to introduce the new UU Growth Lab, a combined Unitarian Universalist learning community, training center, UU media studio, and ministry innovation laboratory.
The world is changing at an accelerated rate. To grow the reach, impact, and membership of congregations, ministries, and justice efforts, I believe we need to develop ongoing experimentation, learning, and innovation as a core practice.
