The Outsiders - 2. Right 'Here' Right 'Now'.
Description
This week, Mark and Zac discuss the idea of being in the present, the 'here and now 'as opposed to living in our heads. The 'past', no matter how good, bad or indifferent, is just that, whilst living in 'projection of the future' means that we cannot experience the reality of 'now' and it is almost a form of madness to be putting everything on hold on the basis that tomorrow will be better, when we can't possibly know this.
Mark and Zac attempt to underline this through life experiences, storytelling and readings of their work based around the topic of 'being' in the present moment in order to live and feel the joy of living irrespective of our circumstances rather than being 'locked' away in the past or in future projection.
