Liz Raab is back, as is, Ms. Teresa Landon Director of the Ohio SPCA, and Mary O’Connor-Shaver, Treasurer for the Coalition to Ban Ohio Dog Auctions to talk about the passing of Nitro's Law.
On February 24, 2010, this bill passed through Ohio's House of Reps and now Liz and her family are taking it to the Ohio State Senate.

Nitro is a Rottweiler that was tortured and starved to death along with 6 others at the hand of who Liz though of as a friend. Liz is Nitro's owner. Her loss of Nitro along with the other animals are what jump started Liz and her family on this crusade to pass Nitro' Law.
Mary O’Connor-Shaver is the Treasurer for the Coalition to Ban Ohio Dog Auctions.The Ohio Dog Auctions Act is a measure whose mission is to help improve the lives of dogs in commercial breeding operations in Ohio. The proposed law would make it illegal for anyone to auction or ra
