I think they used the wrong title for this episode.
Why did they never try to figure out where that paint could have come from?
It is terrifying that investigators and the DA's office can ignore evidence that could prove you innocent and continue to insist you are guilty even when said DNA proves someone else was involved.Their refusal to admit they are human and possibly wrong and for sure held back evidence is quite frightening. It is why I will always insist on a lawyer when I'm talking to police. You should too. Especially if you're innocent.
