- Decision of an inspector dated 24th September 2024 allowing an appeal by Infinis Solar Developments Ltd against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council to refuse an application for the installation of a solar PV park land at Brogborough Landfill Site, Woburn Road, Lidlington.
- Decision of an inspector dated 18th September 2024 dismissing an appeal by Gladman Developments Ltd against the refusal by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council to grant outline planning permission for 500 homes on highways grounds & awarding partial costs to the Appellant & refusing the Council’s application for a full award of costs.
