Today we're talking about New Year's Resolutions. I'm sure you've all made a bunch of new year's resolutions that you've never kept, just like I have. And that's why I decided to do a little research and understand more why it is we NEVER seem to keep them, and turns out it makes a lot of sense. It's all in the habits.
