Jay Zawaski is the executive producer of the Bernstein & McKnight Show on 670 The Score and co-hosts the I'm Fat Podcast. He is the owner/host of The Madhouse Hockey Podcast, and is a DJ on Gimmie Country.
 
Kyle and Jay discuss what it was like for him to grow up in his family and how he evolved into the man he is today. Jay talks about his experience trying to “fit in” in his family and with his peers growing up and then making strides to understand and accept his true self. He shares about how therapy helps him continue to grow and evolve. He also has some advice for people seeking therapy services and tells us what qualities mattered most for him in his therapist.
 
Kyle and Jay also touch base on family dynamics, men’s difficulties expressing emotions, and how this can play out and be helped in psychotherapy. This is a conversation between two friends that will be engaging for the consumer as well as the mental health professional.
