Meet Zack Langlois

Zack Langlois (IG: @zack.nuc) is the host of The Nucleus Podcast, a show where he interviews leaders, entrepreneurs, and healers to have nuanced conversations in the pursuit of truth and an exploration of what it means to live well.

Zack, with the vision of playing a more integral part of the food chain, is also the owner/founder of Ontario Farm Box, a company dedicated to delivering grass fed, free range, and sustainably farmed meat right to your doorstop.

If you hang out with Zack for more than five minutes, you’d realize he’s always on the move, stretching, breathing, deep squatting. You’ll likely bump into him on his Instagram hiking through the woods with his dog, or his young growing family, whipping around 20 pound maces, whipping up jars of honey as he is an avid beekeeper, distilling some kimchi, searing steaks, discussing the necessary healing of the divine masculine and feminine, taking dips in his reimagining of a deep freezer into his very own cold plunge.

Zack is a dear friend, someone who I respect and admire as a man, young father/husband, as a leader.
