Her education and moral compass? I used to sit at baseball games with this cunt. She sits with her nose up high like she's somebody special. She's a criminal. She knew damn well what she was doing was wrong and continued to do it anyway. How does someone that we elect to office intentionally prosecute someone that they know is innocent? And then get so far deep that they try to defend why they did what they did? She is such a loser. She absolutely has blood on her hands. I know she said a lot of downright stupid and ignorant things on this episode, but for her to say that she didn't believe the testimony of the four witnesses that he was with while playing cards that night and that she was just doing her job? I find that to be the most ludicrous, absurd thing. What a pitiful excuse for a prosecutor. She never deserved any position she's ever held in Troy, Missouri.

oh my God so what are they trying to say Russell has a motive because apparently is they believe Pam he had all this life insurance on his wife but he did not because she had stage 4 cancer she would have been able to just get insurance that easily. this was Insurance she already had and I believe Pam forged her name considering Pam forged that letter to Mariah and she forged the letter to the man she killed saying let's do to you what we did Russ's wife. so he had no motive she was going to die from cancer he didn't have a girlfriend he was not cheating all of these things could have easily been investigated by the police and they just basically believed everything Pam Hupp was blowing up their asses and didn't do anything to actually make sure that any of this was true.

okay as a prosecutor you do not just simply take the cops word for it. see that's why it should be your ass on the line for some kind of crime and maybe to be sued personally. maybe in America police and attorneys should have to have personal liability insurance like a malpractice insurance for a doctor because innocence police and attorneys have the ability to take away your freedom to live out in the real free world and they could also take away your life if you get the death penalty or if a police issue too and they should be able to be personally held responsible for that criminally and financially

can we just say make up your mind about how you want people to act when they're grieving. if he was sitting there stoic and shocked you guys would say he must be a sociopath and he doesn't care that his wife died because he's not acting how you would act if your wife or husband died but you're not him everyone processes grief differently and that should never ever be used as a basis of guilt alone. Then here you have Russ crying and bawling his eyes out and having a mid panic attack and you're acting like he's putting on a show. DA's will just never admit that they got the wrong person and they will try to spin it that oh well then he and Pam must have done it together or you know he set her up or whatever because they don't ever want to admit that they got the wrong person and because of Leah the mom Shirley and the man she picked up I don't know how to spell his name would be alive if they would have arrested her years ago. Just like when they get the wrong people for rape and robbery then that person gets a sense of Freedom that they've gotten away with it and they get bold and meanwhile some innocent person is behind bars. this is just like the murders where a former State Trooper was at a gym playing basketball and 11 people say he was there and he got a few spots of blood on him from transfer stains and they convicted him and he spent 13 years in prison until they finally got a DNA match on a prison sweatshirt that was under the victim's bloody head it was a man who had been since arrested for doing the same crime repeatedly throughout those 13 years and raped other women. It makes me so angry that they get away with it. They should never be motivated by political power or Victory column and promotions based on how many cases you win because a lot of people can win if they cheat.

it's like why do people think if you have two or more people that say you're at their house and the police say no we know you were here because blood spatter and all this other crap well then how do you account for your friends being willing to go to jail for perjury to protect you and they're lying. A great show to watch is exhibit a or there's a new show and I can't think of the name of it it's on idgo about unraveling forensic science and why some science and some scientists lie because science should give an answer that is definitive. there shouldn't be away from multiple people to interpret scientific evidence differently. Because even fingerprints are not as 100% accurate as they are supposedly set out to be. because a person is looking at the fingerprints compared to the lifted print and identifying things that look familiar with their eyes but that is subjective. And there was a case study that show that there is like a 20% chance for error so that's if it was my life on the line and I knew I wasn't there but y'all said my fingerprints were there I would really be angry. Pam Hupp is a psycho and that's why she studied all this forensics and everything she did because she's a sociopath

I was a paramedic for 17 years. Rigor mortis, Livor mortis, and cool to the touch in a warm environment are 3 distinct indicators every paramedic checks (and is obligated to document)when deciding if someone in arrest is "workable" or not. A lot more is done than a touch to an arm. Rigor mortis is more than cool skin and is a clear indicator that someone has been dead too long for resuscitation. The DA's flippant remark about the "cold night" just goes to show how lazy an uninformed that DA is
