Out of all the examples of career coaches that I've shared with you, many of them didn't realize their passion for coaching until they were in their career for at least a few years (sometimes a couple decades).
Sarah is an exception to that. She identified her desire to "help individuals find careers where they thrive" when she was 21 and in college.
Granted, she didn't know exactly how this would play out, and she came across some fantastic opportunities and some hard road blocks.
