Description

The Role of Forgiveness - in recovering from injustice and mistreatment.

How do you let go of resentment and learn to forgive?

How do you rebuild confidence, trust and positivity?

What are the consequences of holding on to hurt and so allowing it to continue to harm us rather than finding a way to let go?

In this episode, I am speaking with Stephen Tolfree who is an executive coach specialising in helping people recover their strength and confidence after workplace conflict.

We discuss:

· Why forgiveness can be a good thing
· The use of ritual in letting go
· The benefits of restoring faith and belief in yourself
