Beach Box Spa is an independent public sauna that was a trail-blazer in the beach based public sauna scene. They offer a variety of sauna experiences, including guided sauna rituals in traditional Finnish saunas. They also have a plunge pool and a sun terrace to maximise relaxation and further enhance the complete experience!
Liz is a passionate advocate for both Sauna and Brighton, her home. She has managed to combine the two in a way that is mutually beneficial
