They were the first Australian group to reach Number 1 in the UK with I’ll Never Find Another You; the first to reach Number 1 in the USA with Georgy Girl; the only act at that time to draw a crowd of more than 200,000 people to a concert in the Southern Hemisphere. They sold over 50 million records worldwide. So, with all this phenomenal success why in 1968, at the height of their fame, and in the middle of a tour did Judith Durham quit the group?
