Since early September 2025, the US government has carried out over 20 attacks on alleged drug trafficking vessels in international waters, and made many claims, without providing any evidence, about their effect on drug trafficking in the region.
This week, we take a look at how the strikes have impacted one island in the Caribbean, which has a long history as a drug trafficking hub.
