Women are vital to a happy planet. I am overjoyed with righteous approval that there exists an International Women's Day. However, I believe International Women's Day should not merely celebrate the necessity for women to have equal rights as men (lacking said rights was a preposterous and unfairly wretched problem), but to comprehend how important women are for our survival and prosperity as a species. I love women because biologically and evolutionarily. Women are essential to perpetuating not just our human species, but our happiness.
