I am a centrist. I hold some "right" and some "left" positions. I'm refreshed by the author's willingness to admit his bias stating that he leans to the left. I can certainly see that he does. That doesn't upset me. Nobody forces me to listen. This podcast elicits much eye rolling from me ideologically but his assessments are cogent. I find value in this podcast, eye rolling notwithstanding.

Looks like a bunch of republicans came here for some kind evidence that they might not be the initial instigators, and now they seem upset to find the contrary.

How can you make the case for decentralized warfare then immediately say the insurgents could hold territory? Those tactics only work because you can't point to a map and tell your troops to assault it.
