Here is my conversation with Gideon Lichfield.
Gideon is an experienced journalist who served as global editorial director of Wired magazine from March 2021 until August 2023 and before that as editor-in-chief of MIT Technology Review.
Nowadays, Gideon works as an independent consultant and he is the author of Futurepolis, a Substack publication dedicated to exploring the future of democracy.
In our conversation, we discuss the current state of media, journalism, and democracy, and Gideon opens up about his decision and motivation for starting on Substack.
