On Tuesday, Donald Trump will fulfill a Constitutional responsibility of his office by delivering the State of the Union Address before Congress. We can assume that, in Trump parlance, the president will assert that not only is the state of the Union strong but that it is better than under any president in the history of the Union. That would be incorrect.
