Who would you report police sexual misconduct to? The police? So they can investigate themselves? The problem with police is they have no accountability. There is no independent oversight of police departments to ensure that those charged with upholding the law are following the law themselves. The single biggest problem with police in this country is that they lack accountability.
to be clear from my last post.. not saying this didn't happen but I don't know that we should be saying...yes for sure this happened and completely drop Doug theory. I definitely don't doubt that sexual misconduct happened in these ride alongs especially given the male dominance in the police force and it is a likely scenario but I don't think we can say 100%
