3759 – October 23, 2025 – The Third Branch of Government – THE BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT – EQUAL BUT SEPARATE IN POWER – EACH ARE SUBJECT TO AND RESTRICTED BY… The Constitution of the United States of America. Today we will concentrate on THE THIRD BRANCH… “The Judicial Branch” in particular, The Supreme Court.

We constantly lay in wait for the 9 justices to give us their “Opinions” and Decisions. It is my opinion that each decision / each case before them should looked at as a new and individual case… weighed against the Constitution ONLY…

We hear a lot about “precedence” BUT if a previous decision was wrongly made – should the next be so as well… due to a “Precedence?” Remember that’s exactly what happened with Roe vs Wade – even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg stated such… SO, she knowingly passed an unconstitutional decision – did she also then knowingly set a bad precedence? We know that  others cases then followed… falling under that previous decision. It set a precedence.

ALL OF US…will be looking at each of these decisions as LAW… in STONE!

I’m not saying that the Supreme Court is NOT important… it absolutely is… but we all know that many decisions are made on, NOT just opinions that are parallel with our constitution, BUT … perhaps some decisions are made on personal preferences and agendas. Such as happened with Roe vs Wade.

The three branches of government here in the United States of America… are vitally important!
