Since becoming an “accidental admin” back in 2012, Alastair has spent the last 10 years delivering Salesforce and IT projects, predominantly for software companies. Most recently, he’s been working for The Access Group as their Group Salesforce Manager, transforming their use of Salesforce, from purely a support function, to a platform that is essential to the businesses continued success. In this episode, we discuss how he changed the businesses mindset on Salesforce, how to successfully resource Salesforce projects and future plans to enhance Access’s customer experience leveraging Salesforce (amongst other things)!
