Description

Jonathan Broyhill and Nation Hahn were best friends. They had attended church camp together as children. As adults, Jon stood up for Nation as the best man at his wedding.
Years later, Nation’s wife gave Jon a job. As his health took a turn for the worse, she drove him to his doctor’s appointments. They had standard Monday night dinners. But really, the three were together all the time. They were like family.
When law enforcement descended upon the Hahn’s neighbourhood in North Raleigh on an other wise quiet evening in April 2013, they found one of the bloodiest scenes that most had ever seen. An 8-inch kitchen knife left bloodied on the floor.

By the end of that evening, all three friends were in hospital. And family, friends and neighbours were left asking - how could this possible have happened?
