On this week’s episode, Robbie Dunne and Jamie Kemp begin with the latest edition of ‘Stat Corner’ – among the three topics for this week: they heap praise on the marvellous Savio from Girona as he puts together a season not seen by a youngster since Sergio Agüero back in 2007 with Atlético Madrid and Giorgi Mamardashvili threatening Álvaro Valles' claim to being the best goalkeeper in La Liga this season. 

They also discuss, briefly, Rafa Benítez's Celta Vigo departure and take a look at the Segunda where there have been a couple of sackings and some big results in a wide open title race.

After that, they dig into Real Sociedad's performances recently. The results haven't been good but the stats haven't been wildly different to the form that saw them top their Champions League group. They explain the mitigating circumstances behind the dip and where they go from here.
