The United States tops the charts in many different categories. Some good and some bad. However, the category we are going to discuss tonight, is not one where you want to find your place at the top.
According to reports by watchdog groups, the United States is now the preferred destination for oligarchs and other undesirables to park their money. For a little perspective, the Cayman Islands came in at 14.
