Yes, sometimes it is a limiting belief. But, it could also be that you didn't sleep very well that night, or maybe you are on your period, or maybe you haven't been eating healthily and you've been drinking and you are hungover, or you drank a few nights before, or you've been eating a lot more sugary foods recently!
