Australia prides itself on the idea of a fair go.

However new research from Diversity Council Australia shows that social class influences who gets ahead at work - and who hits a ‘class ceiling’.

Early findings from the Class Inclusion at Work report reveal that only 44% of class-marginalised workers were offered career development opportunities in the past year, compared with 76% of their more privileged peers.
