The site of the old Six Flags in New Orleans East has been sitting and rotting for 18 years, since Hurricane Katrina. Many plans on what to do with the languishing property have come and gone. But it looks like a plan to transform the area into something positive may actually become a reality. What are the logistics and how will it be paid for?
