Description

Nolen Davis Founder/CEO of VIDS Inc.

Like you, Visionary and Creative Director Nolen Davis has seen the word Servant Leadership defined numerous ways over the years. Is it charisma and positive thinking? Management and authority? Is it meant only for the chosen few who rise to the top? Or, is there a different story?

With over two decades of motivational speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, his view is radically different. Davis appreciates, and shares with listeners, that Servant Leadership is a moment-to-moment choice and not about title, tenure or position. Leadership is for everyone, every day. It's how we should live our life. Davis is sometimes referred to as “The Promoter” for his coaching skills that showcase people’s superpowers and bring out the best in them. Davis is known for his practical, street-savvy style; his fusion of real-life stories, humor and his conversational techniques connect with his audience at an intimate, intense and individual level.

Combining creative talents and Six Sigma Technology Davis has served as a Creative Director and Producer in TV and Video Production for Worldlink Services, and presently Vids, Inc. His successes include: Guinness Book world record holder for most TV interviews in a 24 hour period, published author, The Perfect Gentlemen TV show, radio host on KCOH Step Up To Greatness, and host of a multi-venue highly successful streaming network show, Up Social LIVE, getting thousands of views weekly. His client list includes; Microsoft, Todays Vision, 3 Men Movers, Oceaneering, major hospitals, and is a premier partner for Comcast, to name a few. Davis considers his greatest accomplishments his humanitarian efforts which include; donating thousands of pounds of food to the Houston Food Bank, donating a hundred pairs of shoes to children in need, speaking at local schools to unleash the potential in our youth, and sending groups of special needs children and their parents to Schlitterbahn and iFly.

He also champions and supports local businesses and non-profits financially and through free exposure at Up Social LIVE and KCOH and the Step Up To Greatness radio show.
