"let the kid sleep", bravo Bill! I truly think your kids will love you for letting them do that without guilt. I'm in my fifties, grew up when doing NOTHING during summer vacations were wonderful. we still played baseball, went camping and fishing, went to the movies, all that, but we also loved napping!
