Hello and Welcome Back To Learning Curves!

We're very excited to present season 5 of Learning Curves! This season we have a roster of unique and high profile guests for you with knowledge and insights into all areas of life and business. We decided to kick the season off with an episode that is ultra-relevant currently, learning to embrace change and letting go of the discomfort that comes with it, with guest Anne Bonney. Anne is a keynote speaker known for helping entrepreneurs and business owners learn to let go and embrace new business ventures and changes within their business.

Since the pandemic started in 2020, we have all had to adjust to "The New World", and it hasn't been easy for anyone. The way we work, socialize, and even relax has changed, for better and for worse. I hope this episode can give you all some tips and insights on how we can accept the changes in our lives and look at the positive sides of these changes!

As Anne likes to say "Change is the only constant". After moving 27 times, attending 13 different school from K-Masters, living on 4 continents, and having 6 distinct and successful careers, change has become her comfort zone, and embracing the discomfort that comes with it has helped Anne lead a fun and fulfilling life.

Anne has studied the anatomy of habit and change, and our reactions to change, and she thrives on igniting people’s courage to deal more effectively with change, because as Heraclitus said, “Change is the only constant in life.” So we might as well get good at it.
