Description

This episode is a follow up to my prior episode (episode 3) which was focused on the basics of communication. Based on your feedback and desire for more information on communication here is episode 7! I am thrilled to be able to bring you this episode which takes a deeper look the The Gottman Institute's Four Horsemen, provides important information about listening to hear vs listening to respond and equips you with a skill developed by Regent University to help get out of our pattern of listening to respond. This episode also touches on the importance of not trying to win an argument or a conflict but trying to come out of a conflict in a better relationship than when you started.
