Tom Slater is a truly unique individual whom you can’t put into the box with a wealth of wisdom to share. I had the privilege of participating in a life-changing retreat led by Tom, where I was shown the true potential of our being and the ways in which our identities hold us back from fully experiencing the vastness and beauty of life.

Tom shares his personal journey of overcoming addiction, physical abuse, and multiple identities, and how this has led to a deeper understanding and connection with himself, others, and the world around him. We discuss will vs nature, the shadow side of spiritual community, alchemizing pain, letting the universe work through us and gently leaning into our boundaries to access the intelligence within them.
