My husband and I share passions for gourmet cooking, travel, the arts, family, community and more. We find that it is these pursuits that help us better understand and appreciate the diversity and beauty of the world around us.

In this podcast I share a few of my favorite travel moments and how they have inspired me to look at life in a more mindful way. When we encounter and engage with something unfamiliar to us – like another culture – we can see through their eyes. By doing this our lives become more rich and rewarding.
